Details:

07:30-08:30 Pick up you from your hotel at 07:30am and transfer to Beijing Culinary School.

08:30-09:00 a short visit for a brief introduction about the school.

09:00-11:00 cooking learning class when you will learn how to cook two to three traditional Chinese courses and have the chance to cook one by yourself with the assistance of the teacher.

11:00-12:30 lunch time. You will have all the dishes cooked by the teacher and yourself just now as your lunch.

12:30-13:00 transfer to local vegetable market.

13:00-14:00 a short visit to vegetable market to see how the local people purchase their food every day.

14:00-14:30 transfer to visit Hutong, a labyrinth of old narrow streets lined with ancient courtyard houses giving us a glimpse into the traditional and colourful life of Beijing residents.

14:30-16:00 tour of Hutong by taking a rickshaw.

16:00-18:00 Have a chat with local family and learn how to make traditional Chinese dumplings before dinner in their house.

18:00-18:30 transfer back to your hotel.
