This tour will take you to the imperial cities of Beijing and XiĄŻan where you will visit the world renowned Great Wall, Forbidden City and Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses Museum etc. and see how the emperors were living, working, worshiping and entertaining in the ancient time, the beautiful Three Gorges where you will see the picturesque scenery along the Yangtze River and Three Gorges Dam --- one of the largest construction ever undertaken by mankind, fairland Jiuzhaigou with a large number of lake groups, waterfalls, rich variety of endangered plants and fauna, the modern city of Shanghai where you will see the fast development of the city and the uniquely beautiful water town near Shanghai. Detailed Itinerary:

Day 1 (Wed) to Shanghai (No meals)
Arriver in Shanghai, met and transferred to your hotel.
Overnight in Shanghai.

Day 2 (Thu) Shanghai (B.L.D)
Breakfast in hotel.
Morning tour to the Bund, which is a famous waterfront and regarded as the symbol of Shanghai for hundreds of years and Yu Garden, a representative of the classical architectural style acknowledged as an architectural miracle in the region southeast of the Yangtze River.
Lunch.
Afternoon visit the Shanghai Museum, a large museum of ancient Chinese art.
Dinner.
Acrobatic Show in the evening.
Overnight in Shanghai.

Day 3 (Fri) (B.L.D)
Breakfast in hotel.
Morning transfer to Zhujiajiao Water Town, a typical ancient water town in the south of the Yangtze River (one hour of driving from Shanghai downtown).
Lunch.
Afternoon tour to Oriental Pearl TV Tower, the worldsĄŻ third tallest TV and Radio Tower, on top of which you may have a birdĄŻs-eye view of the city. Jade Buddha Temple, a venerable and famous Buddhist temple and shopping at Carpet Factory.
Dinner.
Overnight in Shanghai.

Day 4 (Sat) Shanghai / Yichang (B.L.D)
Breakfast in hotel.
Free in the morning.
Lunch.
Afternoon airport transfer for your flight for Yichang. About 2 hoursĄŻ flight.
Arriver in Yichang, met and transferred to visit the Wild Fish Protection Basement if time permits.
Transfer to the dock for boarding the Yangtze River Cruise ship.
Overnight on board,

Day 5 (sun) Yangtze River Cruise (B.L.D)
Three meals on board.
The ship set sail at 8 am.
Shore excursion to the Three Gorges Dam, one of the largest construction ever undertaken by mankind.
Overnight on board.

Day 6 (Mon) Yangtze River Cruise (B.L.D)
Three meals on board.
Cruise & shore excursion to Shennong Steam by Sampan, where you will enjoy not only the beautiful scenery along the river, but also see cliff-wallows swishing in the air, groups of monkeys sporting among the trees, Shoals of fish swimming in the clear water, as well as ancient coffins in the rocky crevices left by the Ba people, Shennong colorful pebbles.
Overnight on board.

Day 7 (Tue) Yangtze River Cruise (B.L.D)
Three meals on board.
Cruise & shore excursion to Shibaozhai (Stone Treasure Fortress), a 12-story wooden structure which contains interesting and historic artifacts on each floor.
Overnight on board.

Day 8 (Wed) Chongqing / Jiuzhaigou (B.L.D)
Breakfast on board.
Arrival Chongqing at 09:00 am & disembark .
Morning airport transfer for your flight for Jiuzhaigou, about 45 minutesĄŻ flight.
Jiuzhai Airport is at an elevation of 3400 meters above sea level, the 3th highest elevation airport in the world. It is specially built up for the visiting Fairyland Jiuzhaigou (Nine Tibetan Villages Valley) and Huanglong Scenic Area. The airport is located between Jiazhaigou & Huanglong (Yellow Dragon), 32 km northwest forward to Jiuzhaigou and 74 km southeast forward to Huanglong. After we land at the airport, we first drive to explore the beauty of Huanglong for the rest of the day with lunch.
Buffet dinner in hotel.
Overnight in Jiuzhaigou.

Day 9 (Thu) Jiuzhaigou (B, L, D)
Breakfast in hotel.
Explore the fantasy of Jiuzhaigou for the whole day
Morning we take bus 18 KM deep into Jiuzaigou (Nine Tibet Villages Valleys) including
visit Panda Lake, Mirror Lake, Tiger Lake, Five Flower Lake, Rhinoceros Lake,
Peacock River & Lake, Nourilang Waterfall, Shuzheng Waterfall, Pearl Shoal Waterfall
etc for the whole day.
Lunch and dinner.
Overnight in Jiuzhaigou.

Day10 (Fri). Jiuzhaigou/Xian (B, L, D)
Breakafast in hotel.
Continue explore the fantasy land of Jiuzhaigou again
Morning we enter into Jiuzhaigou again by visit Long Lake and some others we have not covered
Later afternoon airport transfer for your flight for Xian, about 1 hourĄŻs flight.
Arriver in XiĄŻan, met and transferred to your hotel.
Dinner.
Overnight in XiĄŻan.

Day11 (Sat) XiĄŻan (B.L.D)
Breakfast in hotel.
Morning tour to Terracotta Army Museum, a vast Terracotta Army - 7000 life sized figures individually crafted and complete with chariots and horses (around 38km away from the city)
Lunch in local restaurant.
Afternoon tour to Huaqing Hot Spring, famed for both its dainty spring scenery and the romantic love story of Emperor Xuanzong and his concubine Yangguifei in the Tang Dynasty and Big Goose Pagoda, which was built to store sutras and statues brought from India by Xuan Zang in Tang Dynasty
Dumpling Dinner & Tang Dynasty Singing and Dancing Show.
Overnight in XiĄŻan.

Day12 (Sun) Xian / Beijing (B.L.D)
Breakfast in hotel.
Morning airport transfer for your flight for Beijing. About 2 hoursĄŻ flight.
Arrive in Beijing, met and transferred to your hotel.
Lunch.
Afternoon tour to Summer Palace, where the Emperors went to escape the heat of the city in summer.
Dinner in local restaurant.
Overnight in Beijing

Day13 (Mon) Beijing (B.L.D)
Morning tour to Temple of Heaven, an exquisite example of Ming architecture served as an exclusive altar for Chinese emperors during the Ming and Qing dynasties.
Lunch in local restaurant.
Afternoon tour to TianĄŻanmen Square, the biggest square in the world, and Forbidden City, the complex of Imperial Palaces which were home to the Emperors for over 500 years.
Dinner in local restaurant.
Overnight in Beijing.

Day14 (Tue) Beijing (B.L.D)
Breakfast in hotel.
Morning tour to Great Wall at Badaling, the best preserved part of the Great Wall which is a magnificent construction project in ancient china and one of the great wonders in the history of human civilization (around 65km away from the city centre and about 1.5 hoursĄŻ drive). Usually people climb up to the top of the Great Wall. Cable car fee is on your own if you need it.
Lunch in local restaurant.
Afternoon tour to Sacred Way, part of the Ming Tombs complex and guarded on both sides with stone statues by which the ancient emperors went to hold a memorial ceremony for the ancestors and Changling of Ming Tombs, the biggest wood-made and best preserved palace of the 13 Ming Tombs
Farewell Peking Roast Duck Dinner in local restaurant with Kungfu Show.
Overnight in Beijing.

Day15 (Wed) Beijing/departure (B)
Breakfast in hotel.
Airport transfer for your flight home or extending your stay.
