Detailed Itinerary:

Day 1 (Wed) to Shanghai (No meals)
Arriver in Shanghai, met and transferred to your hotel.
Overnight in Shanghai.

Day 2 (Thu) Shanghai (B.L.D)
Breakfast in hotel.
Morning tour to the Bund, which is a famous waterfront and regarded as the symbol of Shanghai for hundreds of years and Yu Garden, a representative of the classical architectural style acknowledged as an architectural miracle in the region southeast of the Yangtze River.
Lunch.
Afternoon visit the Shanghai Museum, a large museum of ancient Chinese art.
Dinner.
Acrobatic Show in the evening.
Overnight in Shanghai.

Day 3 (Fri) Shanghai / Kunming (B, L, D)
Breakfast in hotel.
Morning airport transfer for your flight for Kunming, about 3 hours¡¯ flight.
Arrive in Kunming, met and transferred to your hotel.
Lunch.
Afternoon tour to Stone Forest where you may find many many natural stone masterpieces, around 120km away from Kunming, and Jade Lake, the largest freshwater lake in Yunna.
Dinner.
Overnight in Kunming.

Day 4 (Sat) Kunming / Lijiang (B, L, D)
Breakfast in hotel.
Morning airport transfer for your flight for Lijiang. About 50 minutes¡¯ flight.
Arriver in Lijiang, met and transferred to your hotel.
Lunch.
Afternoon tour to Black Dragon Pond, also called Jade Spring Park, reflecting its endless bubbling clear spring waters, Dongba Museum, sanctuary of the culture of Naxi ancient culture, James Luck House who was an famous American historian & geography explorer. He stayed here for over 18
years. Remains free for own exploration in the ancient town.
Dinner.
Tonight enjoy ancient Dongba Naxi Ancient Music.
Overnight in Lijing.

Day 5 (Sun) Lijiang (B, L,)
Breakfast in hotel.
Morning tour to Jade Peak Temple, one of the Scarlet Sect lamaseries of Lijiang, Baisha Minority Village for Baisha Murals.
Lunch.
Afternoon tour to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain by cable car to grassland and forest next to the snow and glacier line to see Tibetan Dance Performance.. The Jade Dragon Snow Mt. is one of 10th world famous snow mountain but only one the human being has not climbed the top yet. Everyone would respect its holy and horrible features while standing here.
Remains of the day for own exploration in the ancient town
Dinner on own.
Overnight in Lijiang.

Day 6 (Mon) Lijiang / Zhongdian (Shangri-La) (B, L, D)
Breakfast in hotel.
Morning transfer by private coach to Zhongdian-The Lost Horizon¡± along the ancient Tea & House
Trade Track which is a beautiful 230KM drive via Tiger Leaping Gorges.
Lunch.
Afternoon tour to Tibet Villages and their homes and Napa Lake, a natural beauty of the moorland lake by snow-caped mountains blooming with thousand fragrant flowers
Dinner.
Overnight in Zhongdian.

Day 7 (Tue) Shangri-La (B, L, D)
Breakfast in hotel.
Morning tour to Songzhanlin Monastery, the largest Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Yunnan, Zhongdian Ancient Town,
Lunch.
Afternoon tour to Regional History Museum.
Dinner.
Overnight in Zhongdian.

Day 8 (Wed) Shangri-La / Lhasa (B, L, D)
Breakfast in hotel.
Morning airport transfer for your fflight for Lhasa, about 1.5 hours¡¯ flight.
Arrive in Lhasa, met and transferred to your hotel, about 1 hour and 45 minutes¡¯ ride.
Lunch.
Rest of the day for freshing up and adjusting the higher plateau altitude.
Dinner.
Overnight in Lhasa.

Day 9 (Thu) Lhasa (B, L, D)
Breakfast in hotel.
Morning tour to the Potala Palace, the seat of Dalai Lamas and also the political center of Tibet.
Lunch.
Afternoon tour to the Sera Monastery, which is dedicated to the Gelugpa or Yellow Hat Sect, a branch of Tibetan Buddhism, founded by Tsong Khapa and Norbuglinkha, the Jewel Park and Summer Palace for Dalai Lhama.
Western Dinner & Culture Dance Show at Crazy Yak Restaurant.
Overnight in Lhasa.

Day10 (Fri) Lhasa (B, L, D)
Breakfast in hotel.
Morning tour to the Jokhank Monastery, the ultimate pilgrimage destination for Tibetan Pilgrims, then trolling and shopping along the Barskhor street.
Lunch.
Afternoon tour to a Tibet Hospital and a family house at the local Community.
Tibet Dinner at Great Yak Restaurant.
Overnight in Lhasa.

Day11 (Sat) Lhasa/Xining (B, L, D)
Breakfast in hotel.
Begin our Supremacy Exploration by taking the holy roll train by soft sleeper.
Lunch and dinner.
Overnight on board.

Day12 (Sun) Xining/Beijing (B, L )
Breakfast in hotel.
The Holy train arrives at Xining in the morning.
Afternoon city tour to Warlord House of General Ma Bufang & Ethnic Museum, Xiguan Moslem Temple
Airport transfer for your late afternoon flight for Beijing, about 2 hours¡¯ flight.
Arriver in Beijing, met and transferred to your hotel.

Day13 (Mon) Beijing£¨B.L.D£©
Breakfast in hotel.
Morning tour to Tian¡¯anmen Square, the biggest square in the world, and Forbidden City, the complex of Imperial Palaces which were home to the Emperors for over 500 years.
Lunch in local restaurant.
Afternoon tour to Summer Palace, where the Emperors went to escape the heat of the city in summer.
Dinner in local restaurant.
Overnight in Beijing

Day14 (Tue) Day 3 (Sun) Beijing£¨B.L.D£©
Breakfast in hotel.
Morning tour to Great Wall at Badaling, the best preserved part of the Great Wall which is a magnificent construction project in ancient china and one of the great wonders in the history of human civilization (around 65km away from the city centre and about 1.5 hours¡¯ drive). Usually people climb up to the top of the Great Wall. Cable car fee is on your own if you need it.
Lunch in local restaurant.
Afternoon tour to Sacred Way, part of the Ming Tombs complex and guarded on both sides with stone statues by which the ancient emperors went to hold a memorial ceremony for the ancestors and Changling of Ming Tombs, the biggest wood-made and best preserved palace of the 13 Ming Tombs
Farewell Peking Roast Duck Dinner in local restaurant with Kungfu Show.
Overnight in Beijing.

Day15 (Wed) Beijing/departure (B)
Breakfast in hotel.
Airport transfer for your flight home or extending your stay.
